A few simple agreements.

Dasha.fm computes a Vedic natal chart from your birth details and writes a daily reading by comparing your chart against today's planetary positions. The math is real (Swiss Ephemeris). The reading text is generated by an AI model, currently Anthropic's Claude. We say so up front — no humans are reading your chart.

• Not medical, financial, legal, psychological, relationship, or career advice. Use the readings as reflective journaling prompts, not as instructions for decisions you can't reverse.
• Not a regulated profession. Vedic astrology is a contemplative tradition, and that's how we treat it.
• Not a guaranteed-uptime service. There is no SLA. The app might be down occasionally, and a brief might not generate on a given morning. We'll fix it when we notice.

• Use a real email address you control, and a password only you know.
• One account per person, one birth chart per account. Don't share an account with someone else — the chart is yours.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If something looks wrong, change your password and tell us.
• You need to be at least 16 to sign up.

Don't:

• Use the app to do anything illegal under your local laws.
• Try to access another user's account, data, or share links you weren't given.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or hammer the API or the MCP endpoints.
• Use the MCP connector to spam, automate against other people's accounts, or rebrand the service as your own.

Anything you type into a journal entry is yours. We make no claim to it, we don't read it, and we don't train any model on it. You can delete entries any time, or delete your account to wipe them all at once.

Public share links you create (URLs that start with /s/) are world-readable until you revoke them. Share them with intent.

The text of every reading is generated by an AI model from real astronomical math. We don't manually curate or review it. It might occasionally land wrong, feel off, or contradict something the model wrote yesterday. That's the nature of AI output. Treat any single reading as one thread in a longer conversation, not as a verdict.

Dasha.fm is currently free. We may introduce a paid tier in the future. If we do:

• We'll tell you in advance.
• We won't paywall the data or readings you've already created.
• We won't take away the basic natal reading.

We may also discontinue any feature, or the whole service, with reasonable notice. If we shut down, we'll give you a way to export what you have.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and final.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that threaten the integrity of the service. We'll notify the account owner when it's feasible to do so.

The service is provided "as is" — meaning we don't promise it's bug-free, continuously available, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

We'll update this page when something material changes and bump the date at the top.
